OKW Grocery Order

At top of OKW Grocery Order Form it states groceries will be delivered after 5:00 pm.I know you are to fax order in at least 3 business days before your arrival.The day we arrive we are doing HDDR at 7:00 pm so I don't want to stay in room for grocery delivery.My question do you have to be in room for grocery delivery?

No you do not have to be in your room to get the groceries. We did the grocery order one time, we arrived early afternoon and took the Trumbo Ferry to DD when we got back that evening the groceries were in the room. Milk and perishables were in the fridge and the rest on the countertop. We haven't done the grocery order the last couple times but definitely not because of the service. (we found the Winn Dixie market nearby which we drive to for supplies)

As dkshultz already mentioned, you don't have to be in the room for the delivery. Since I'm at OKW right now, I just called the desk with your question.

The deliveries are also often made before 5:00PM and may already be in the room when you arrive...as long as the fax order is clear as to who placed the order. If the reservation is in your name- make sure the fax order has the same name on it so there is no confusion as to who has placed the order. (If Belinda made the reservation, the grocery fax should be in her name.)
