Anyone had any luck with okw grand villa waitlist?

When is your waitlist for and how many days? Shorter stays come through more quickly than longer ones. And the time of year is also important.

We were waitlisted awhile for an eight night stay in December, but gave up on it. We only needed two nights, but there are too many of us to wait a long time to make that call. I should have called at the 11 month window. Two two-bedrooms will be fine though. Good luck.

We had luck a couple of years ago. We stayed a week but were originally waitlisted for some of the days. It was actually our first stay on our own points. We own at SSR so had to wait until 7months it was a couple of months before it came thru but in enough time to get cheap southwest flights. The trip was in the middle of Jan so that may have made the difference. Had a great time! Good Luck on the wait.

I hade a waitlist for a okw grand villa for 10th to 17 november 2009. Got on the list at exactly 7 months. Came through a month later.
