OKW Grand Villa question

Am looking at the floor plan and can't make out if there are two bathrooms downstairs? I see the master bathroom but what about those who will sleep on the sofa bed? Do they have their own bathroom? TIA

Yes there are 2 BRs on the 1st floor. The master, and another one along the 'hallway' to the master. Also each upstairs room has a bath.

I'm wondering if there is an OKW Grand Villa that has a view of the river.
We're hoping to get a GV at the 7th month window.
