OKW DVC license plate - We saw you!

Oh, now why isn't there an official DVC wave? Here we were driving down to VA (so we were on I-81 or 15 probably) and there's a silver mini-van with an OKW DVC (NY) plate. If I honk and wave, how in the world (or should I say World) are they gonna know I'm not saying "Hey, you've left a soda on your roof!"

Just know we saw you and I was so excited! Hope you were heading down to a great vacation!

Maybe we can create an official honk. Maybe DVC is Morse code??? (probably too long). What ever the case, I always feel like fellow DVC'ers would like to say hi to us in some way but don't know how. I know I would feel a little strange. So I don't blame them.

I'm also from New York and my license plate reads OKW1 DVC. I wanted the one you saw but of course it was taken.

I have not run into anyone who recognizes the license plate so far.

A new twist on the license plate game for my kids!

We recently saw DVC III or something similar to that on LI. Now I'll have them look for OKW1 DVC, and DVC WDW and DVC OKW when we go to NJ!

OKW1 DVC: I'm surprised no one has recognized it. I've seen a few while driving and it always brings a smile to my face, even if my kids are fighting in the back. Haven't honked yet...probably cause they will think I'm crazy and not that I share their enthusiasm for all those great trips.
