I got a booklet in the mail today. Looks like a 9.6% increase in fees for OKW owners. "...For example, if the Ownership interest is represented by 230 Vacation Points, the estimated Annal Dues would be $803.71."

I don't exactly know what 2002 dues are per point. I have 230 points and my monthly due payment is $61.11. That's how I came up with the 9.6% increase. Also, "the estimated Annual Dues for 2003 are $3.4944 per Vacation Point....".
An increase in dues from $3.22 to $3.49 at OKW is a 8.4% increase for 2003. So, if you own 300 pts it is only an increase of $81.00 per year.
Just saw the last post so if the new dues are $3.4944 then the increase would be 8.5+% per point. In between 8.5% and 8.6% increase per point.
WOW, that 6.98 more a month will definitely kill me. That is assuming the increase on 230 points. Wish my property taxes here in CT would stay that low.

Gail you are right with the above quote. That means for people that smoke , 1-2 less packs of cigarettes per month will cover the increase of the dues.
