OKW dues versus SSR dues

Does anyone know why OKW dues are more expensive than SSR? I would have thought they would be more similar. Is this one reason to pick SSR over OKW, or over time do you think that they will trend closer together?

It's mostly a matter of history and how the costs of the two DVCs have varied over time.

SSR has 500 more units than OKW, so presumably its common costs (e.g. front desk, pool, etc.) cost less per room.

Still, when SSR opened in 2004, its MF were more than OKW.

I think OKW will continue to be higher, and SSR will continue to stay lower. Remember, every year MF is raised as a percentage % of the base original MF price, and both will always increase such that OKW will stay higher than SSR for a long time to come.

Granted, they can be increase difference %, but history seems to show OKW % being higher, to me at least.
