Just received my OKW dues invoice. It has a $30 credit on it for the extension incentive. Plus this year we overpaid our property taxes so we have a small credit on that as well.

Question about this dues statement...I am a new member. I have printed this statement off of dvcmember.com. Ok, my BWV 2007 property taxes dues assessment was 162.71. But then it says 2007 less estimate you paid <177.62>. Subtotal - 2007 taxes <$14.91> Does this mean I overpaid taxes in 2007?

yes, they owe you $14.91.

We pay our dues in one payment, and our due date is feb. 14. Not sure if it's the same for everyone or not...our UY is August

I believe the actual due date is Jan 15th, with a 30 day grace period. Thus that would make Feb 14th the last date they can be paid without penalty.

Yes, it's the same date for everyone. Dues are based on the calendar year, not on Use Year.

As Caskbill stated, they are due and payable on January 15 and are considered late after February 15 - unless you are using the auto-debit service provided by DVC.

But if unless you are in the monthly debit program the dues are considered past due the earlier of check-in at any of the DVC resorts or after the Past Due After date.
