OKW Direct Price?

I periodically check the direct pricing over on DVCNews. For current members it's showing the following price for Old Key West:

$101 base price; 25-point minimum purchase
(Discounts available equal to approximately $11 off per point)

Am I reading this correctly that it would be only $90/Point? Has anyone recently purchased OKW direct for this price? I saw this price a year ago but thought the $90/point deal was long gone...
