We just returned from OKW last night. The CMs at OKW have again proven why we love this resort. On our second day I got food poisioning from a resturant at EPCOT. When my husband went to the General Store at OKW to get medication for the nausea the cast member immediately showed great concern for my well being. She helped my husband report the incident as well as find the appropriate medicine for my problems. She did not have the right stuff on property and helped him find a place that did. That evening the manager called to see if I was better and if there was anything they could do to help. When we checked out they had credited the entire meal that had caused the issue without even being asked. Again when people say that the care and quality of service at the resorts has dropped they should have been with us when we really needed the extra assistance and it was there without even having to ask.
