OKW CMs do it again

We just returned from OKW last night. The CMs at OKW have again proven why we love this resort. On our second day I got food poisioning from a resturant at EPCOT. When my husband went to the General Store at OKW to get medication for the nausea the cast member immediately showed great concern for my well being. She helped my husband report the incident as well as find the appropriate medicine for my problems. She did not have the right stuff on property and helped him find a place that did. That evening the manager called to see if I was better and if there was anything they could do to help. When we checked out they had credited the entire meal that had caused the issue without even being asked. Again when people say that the care and quality of service at the resorts has dropped they should have been with us when we really needed the extra assistance and it was there without even having to ask.

OKW has the best resort CMs followed by Kidani. I have found that the combination resorts are the worst (exept for VWL/WL). Doing BLT for the first time next trip so we will see how that goes.

I think the cm's in general are very good, but the really good ones are tremendous.

So sorry to hear that you were sick. I am not surprised about the OKW Cms. I agree with the previous poster that the OKW and Kidani Cms are both great. And we love both resorts. Should I be worried about an Epcot restaurant?

one of the reasons why OKW is our favourite resort os because of the great service we have always got there. Our home resort is AKV, but we have yet to stay there as we get made to feel such at home at OKW. We just love it and as much as we have visted the other resorts OKW is just right for us.

We have never had any issues up until this trip. But when we walked in the resturant my daughter was complaining that it smelled funny. being the complainer that she can sometimes be I just told her that she was smelling things and to stop complaining. Wish I had listened and paid a little closer attention to what she said. We were at Nine Dragons. No one else got sick but they all just got the fried rice. Thank goodness they did not. I do not know how I would have managed if both kids were as sick as I was at the same time as me.
