OKW Check-In Questions

Hi folks! We have stayed at OKW a couple of other times, but I have a few questions that are particular to this trip:

1) We are taking ME from the airport (have always had a car on previous occasions). How do you get to your room after checking in?

2) My in-laws are also taking ME, but their flight arrives a couple of hours before ours does, so they will arrive at the resort before we do. Do you have to give the front desk a credit card at check-in? We would prefer to give them ours, rather than having the in-laws have to do it. Can they check in without giving them a credit card, then we can give them ours when we arrive?

3) Can we request parking passes during the middle of the stay? We will be renting two cars for one day of the trip, and would like to park them overnight at OKW. Can we get two?

#1: Bell services has carts they can give you (and your luggage) a ride to your building.

1. The Bell folks will use a car/van to take you to your room.

2. We have not always found it necessary to give credit card info. You can check with member services to be absolutely sure. But we never charge anything to the room either (and use our cell phones for any calls). Or your in-laws can explain the situation; I would be surprised if there was an issue.
