Just my 2 cents worth--
The perception of "slow" "horrible" bus service at OKW may stem from the fact that compared to most other WDW resorts, a larger % of people staying at OKW do have (and use)cars. It's a significant advantage to park right in front of your own room, and come and go just as tho you were at home.
So those folks standing at a bus stop watching me and all the others breeze by in our cars may feel the bus system is just crawling--when in fact, it's operating just fine.
