So if you are staying near the hospitality house are you first on the bus and then have to go to all the other stops? What about on the way back into the resort?

Hospitality House stop is last. If you get on there it goes right out to the parks. Then when coming back from parks the 1st stop is called Penninsular (bus icon by building 26) and it's to the side of the Hospitality House and a short walk to any HH section buildings. Then it goes all through the resort to finish at the HH as the last stop before heading back out to the parks. Here is a map...

So if we got on the Penninsular stop going to the parks instead of at the Hospitality House, what stop would we be?

We were just there at the beginning of the month. On the way out to the parks, we went to Peninsular Rd every time. Yes, we had to go through all the other stops, but we always got on the bus too. As it's gotten busier, buses have been more full due to distancing and capacity. Most days, we were on the bus at Peninsular Rd and pulling out of the resort in about 20min total.

You've probably figured this out, but your best bet (if you don't want to sit thru multiple stops) is to get on at the Hospitality House going out, then get off at Peninsular Road on the way back. Or, get on and off at Peninsular Road if you're like me-on an ECV and not wanting to sit thru multiple buses which are full of their ECV allotment. I've also gotten on buses at Miller's Road that got full, and went straight to the park from there. So the people at HH had to wait extra long.

Also, for anybody with a stroller, using the Peninsular stop will give you space to get on.
