OKW building 62

Does anyone know if this is one of the newer buildings at OKW ? and is it a good location for the Hospitality house ?

Yes, it's one of the newer buildings. Right on the corner of Miller's Road and Peninsular Rd. Across the street from HH.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom in bldg 62 last January. We had a great view of the golf course and a terrific water view, and we could also see the fireworks from Illuminations every night. It was only seconds from the Hospitality House. Loved it.
