OKW annual meeting

Has anyone been to the OKW annual meeting yesterday? I would love to hear any news or notes from the meeting!

Any other news from the meeting other than the pool slide? I would be interested in any room or building updates planned. We always stay there on our May trip.

It figures. I attend the meeting for two years in a row and there's no big news. The first year that I miss, they announce the slide.

I didn't catch everything that Sonya (OKW GM) said about 2003 accomplishments, but it included exterior painting of certain buildings, full room rehabs - appliances, furniture & painting - in certain phaes, new interactive computers in Community Hall, replacement of bbq grills, etc.

For 2004 the following is expected to take place: continue interior painting; repalcement of 19" & 27 " TVs, dining tables, sleeper sofas & ranges; resurfacing of the entry way pavement; pool resurfacing; changes from VCR to DVD players; DVC logo merchandise this spring including key chains, mugs, license plates, shirts, etc. (there was a nice display of items in the back of the room); complete high speed Internet access installation, etc.
