okw and july 4

i read over on the resorts board that okw has had a pool party, bbq, and a dj on the 4th. is this an annual event or was it just for one time? we will be there july 4(woohoo) and this sounds great! thanks for the info

This past July 4th there was a character parade of sorts early in the day, but if there was a barbeque and dj by the pool, we never heard about it, and I know it would have been "advertised" in the info you get when you check in.
