OKW- Amazon Fresh Delivery

We're checking in on Sunday & staying at OKW for the first time! We'll be checking in late (after 11pm) and we're having an Amazon delivery sent to the resort. Can we pick this up at the front desk? Will Bell Services hold it? Should we wait and have it delivered the next day? Is there a charge to have an Amazon Fresh delivery sent to the resort? Thanks!

Bell Service will hold it and you can pick it up from there when you arrive. They have large refrigerators to keep the perishable items cold. We do this every trip so that it is there when we arrive and it works perfect. There is no charge to have it sent to the resort unless you have bell service deliver it to your room which costs $5 or $6. If you pick it up from bell service there is no charge.

I was thinking of doing this with an Amazon package, not groceries, but not so sure because of conflicting information. I did recently read somewhere that there is a $6 for any packages received THROUGH the front desk even if they don't deliver them to your room.

Great thing about OKW is that your Amazon Fresh driver (pending they are in a good mood that day) can deliver straight to your room! We've lucked out and have always had our driver come to us. If you want them delivered when you're not around, as others have said bell service will be happy to hold it for you for a $6 charge. Also know that bell service cannot sign for alcohol, so if you are adding that to your order you must be present.
