I have 51 points available at Old Key West for Rent with a December use year meaning they expire November 30th, 2012.

I can Rent them at $11/pt. I am very flexible to payment options and discussions. I am very much PayPal and Ebay certified and have other references as well. We aren't taking our next trip until 2013. So, I am hoping to help make another family's dream come true in the meantime!

The Standard View is unavailable, but the Preferred View IS available at 65 points but they only have 1 or 2 rooms left. We would need to do this very quickly. The total at 65 x $11 would be $715.

Animal Kingdom is by far your best option for a studio.

I did call Member services and the dates are available for a Standard View ONLY for 98 points. The total would be 98 x $11 = $1,078. Please let me know ASAP. The member services rep mentioned that rooms this far out are booking very quickly.

Currently, I have reserved 118 points although I am Wait-Listed for a potential 127 points. I have 45 - 54 points available for a small reservation if anyone else needs me to get one .. or to assist with getting 1 or 2 extra nights supplemental to your existing reservation. I am open to any and all options to get the rest rented out.

For Old Key West, I can grab way far out as far as Thanksgiving and Christmas months and should be able to get a 3-4 nt Studio stay for Thanksgiving time for example.

Otherwise, also for Thanksgiving time, I may be able to get a Studio Value View Animal Kingdom 3 or 4 night stay for up to 53 points, or a 3 nt Standard View at BLT for 51 points, also Studio View.

I still have 51 points available to rent right away, and 60 if the Wait List for my first renter falls through. I need to leave those extra 9 points available for him.

That being said, I may be able to get you a Studio room as long as I stay as close to 51 points as possible for those 3 nights. The best options I saw were to try for a Studio in WL for 17/nt for 51 points or Saratoga or AK (S view) at 16/nt for 48 points. Would either of those interest you if available? If so, please email me your information at jophst@cox.net and I will try calling Member Services in the morning to line it up for you. I need all travelling guests' names and kids' ages, phone number, and mailing address.

Update: I now have 51 points available to rent for a trip ending any time BEFORE December 1st, 2012. I actually have 60 total available, but need to retain those extra 9 for my current renter.

A well thought out 3 or 4 night Studio stay would fit best to maximize these points (i.e. 17+17+17, or 12+12+12+14, etc.)
