OKW 1bdrm Florida special accessible room vs wheelchair accessible

Can someone explain the difference between these two room types for a OKW 1 bedroom?

I'm looking for a room with no steps at the entrance to accommodate an ECV. A roll in shower is not necessary. I believe the master bedroom is on the first floor, so those steps are not an issue.

Since all OKW one bedrooms have the large jacuzzi tub as well as a separate shower, I'm thinking the differences may be grab rails around the commode, perhaps the commode is not raised, and perhaps the sink cabinets may not be cut away to allow for a wheelchair turning radius? I think this is a fairly new way of designating the different types of accessible rooms that have always existed.

I think the special accessible rooms are equipped for the blind, deaf... Flashing lights for door and fire alarm, phone.
