I completed 5 straight weeks of my workout plan....loving my rewards...and then in week 6 I get sick and am unable to complete it...I still managed to workout 3 days (WATP) but that was all.....so now I need HELP! I am feeling guilty over missing a week (even though dh says I shouldn't feel bad--if you are sick then you shouldn't work out).
Tomorrow (pending I feel better) starts week 7 and I plan to get going again....
I just need SOMETHING:
a kick in the butt
a motivating statement
words of encouragement
smack in the face
new recipes, workout ideas
ANYTHING!!!!!
Help me get back in the groove....I am only 9 lbs from goal with 52 days until my big vacation.......
Please WISH friends......can I do this?? Can I get rid of some lbs and some of this "pudge" in the next 7 weeks??? I know it is possible, but......UGH!!! Okay, no pity party here....I will stop now!

I followed your link to your pictures!!! WOW!!! I mean WOW!!! You are doing GREAT!! I can't get over the transformation you have made!! Everyone has hit the nail on the head!! Relax, you can do it!! Don't be so hard on yourself--you have done so well, you should be so proud of yourself!!
