a sit n stand stroller or a double stroller? My kids 5 & 3 at the time we go, could use either but I'm wondering which will be less annoying for DH and me to deal with? Has anyone had experience with both? (and when I say double, I'm not referring to the park rental ones-we want to have a stroller with us at all times, not just in the parks) And we will have our infant in another stroller so two umbrella strollers for the two older ones is out of the question.
thanks!

I guess it really depends on what type of double. If you are dealing with something like a duo glider it will probably be similar to lugging a sit n stand. But if you are talking something like the twin traveller I would say the double would be easier. I also find the newer sit n stand to be easier to fold and maybe even lighter than the older version (ours is a 2003 and it was a real pain on the buses).

Yes, I was referring to a front/back double. DH can't stand side by sides because of what a pain they are to get in & out of certain doorways, down shopping ailses and navigating through crowds. I know lots of people love them, but I find them too wide to deal with. So now that a baby's best friend is offering the sit n stand again, I'm at a loss! We rented a front/back from them last year and it worked out pretty good but I know my DH found it annoying & bulky to get on and off the buses. So is a sit and stand any better?
