Wow, I'm repeating a bad pattern here. It's so hard during the 1st (or 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and so on) week of a diet. Couldn't resist the Baskin Robbins yesterday, nor could I resist 2 Ring Dings. I can't wait until the junk food is out of my house!!!
Started off my morning the same, Slim fast shake, banana, a few pieces of pineapple and some coffee. My co-worker has put out some more Easter candy and I'm really trying hard here

I think it's really psychological. The more I can't eat, the more I eat. I'm so hungry all the time and water is NOT doing it

Didn't do my crunches this morning so I have to do them later. Ugh.
I do have some good new though. My DH, who is soooo sweet and so good to me

, tells me that although I may want some of the brownies I had to make for my daughter's bake sale today, he didn't want me to eat it b/c then I would just complain about it later on and in his words...
"It hurts to see the person you love putting themselves down on a constant basis"...Awwww, I love that man of mine.
Until tomorrow, I will really do my best to eat well for the rest of the day.
