Okay, I really do other stuff than worry all the time.....really, I do!!!!

But......

This is so wierd! I am scheduled for my ultrasound on July 2. I, of
course, when it was first set up, was so excited.....couldn't wait.
Now, it's like the more I think about it, the sicker and more nervous
I feel. I actually cried this AM when I thought about it.

I just keep thinking about my last ultrasound and seeing Gabrielle
motionless on the screen. The thought of them putting the probe on my
belly and no heartbeat showing up again has got me sick!

Okay, so someone with experience in this area, please tell me I am
not nuts!!!! I keep thinking once I am past 20 weeks (when I lost
her) I will start to feel better. Man, I hope so!

(I really do seem to worry a lot, don't I???)

I would think its normal to be so nervous. Hang in there though, I'm sure you will come out of there with a big smile on your face this time. Saying a prayer for a healthy baby. :)

{{{Hugs}}}}

You have a right to worry. May God be with you and sprinkle you with pixie dust.

Of course, you're thinking about the last time......anyone would. But this is a new chance and another beginning. Sounds to me like you are doing an admirable job of keeping your anxieties under control!

Continued good wishes for you, Kristy. Understandable anxieties. Prayers are with you.

I fully understand where you're coming from. To not be nervous would worry me. I'm sending you pixie dust and hugs to help you through this.

Aw Kristy, {{{HUGS}}}. I know how you feel. We lost our first at 36 weeks. Suddenly no heartbeat or movement and he was gone. He was beautiful and perfect in everyway, but he wasn't ours to keep. When I was expecting my second, Patrick, the entire 9 months I was so scared, even though the doctors told me it wouldn't happen again. My prayers are with you for continued health for you and your expected little one. I'm sure everything will be fine...try not to worry...although I know its hard.

Having lost 2, but much earlier than you, I can understand your worry. I looked at ultrasounds the opposite way. I loved to see the heartbeat. I would have had one every week if I could.

Good luck to you.

Don't worry about the amount of worrying ;) it's understandable to be anxious. We'll be keeping you in our thoughts and prayers!!

Kristy, no experience, but concern is normal. But you said not long ago that the heartbeat was there and strong. Remember that and think positive. My prayers are with you.

Now relax, deep breathing, good thoughts of a healthy baby...... :)
Hugs,
Cathy

(((Hugs))) Everything will be okay, you have a lot of people here praying for your baby to be happy and healthy.

{{{{HUGS}}}} to you Kristy. You will remain in my prayers and it is understandable why you would be worried.

I am sorry you are so worried. Can you rent a babybeat doppler that will allow you to hear the little ones heartbeat whenever you want? They are like $20 a month, but they will give you piece of mind...

(((((hugs)))))
