Okay, need opinions?

Going back in 2010 so we're making our plans now. We've been members only since 2007 and we have stayed at OKW and our home resort of SSR and are thinking of another choice on this trip.
Now, here's where our problems are? We are looking at BWV or BCV both look great and have the convience we want to Epcot and DHS so I'm asking opinions here about each of the resorts.
I would like to hear the good and bad about both resorts.
And all answers are greatly appreciated

Make sure you call exactly at 7 months out of your check in day. And waitlist if you have to.

We like BCV better than BWV because we drive and the parking lot at the BWV is a mile from the rooms. At BCV it's right next to the villas. BCV is also quieter than the BWV -away from all the hustle and bustle. BWV is right in the middle of all the action.

I have stayed at both and I have to say it's a close call but I prefer BWV over BCV. We had a great view of the quiet pool and the canal from our balcony. We prefer the quiet pools to the main pools anyway because there is less chaos. We have been to both main pools at BCV and BWV and I like the pool at BWV better, especially if you have young children because you can see your kids from all angles and you can't really do that at BCV because the pool is just so big. I also like the atmosphere of the boardwalk at night.

I stayed at both last year and have to say that for me BCV won by a hair. I think that having the food area in the gift shop gave BCV a slight edge. It is also closer to EPCOT.

We have stayed at both. Matter of fact we too purchased in 2007 (Jan.) and our first stay was at our home resort SSR followed by 3 nights at BWV in Aug. that year. Then last summer we stayed at BCV for 6 nights and LOVED IT. WE are going back this summer for 5 nights before AKV. My kids loved it. We loved it and I have nothing bad to say at all about BCV. BWV wasn't bad but our kids preferred the pool/ thefun/activities at BCV to BWV. They didn't like the clown pool at all. We thought the hallways were long at BWV, but we did have a BWV which was very nice. I would always pick BCV over BWV. However.....if we couldn't stay anywhere else and BWV was available...we would stay there again. We just prefer the setups at the other DVC resorts to BWV.

BWV has a boardwalk view. BCV does not.

BCV has a fancier pool than BWV.
