Well, on a positive note, since I do love to bake....for the last 3 or 4 years when I bake my weekly cookies I ship them off to DH's workplace. Does that help?

I have been "semi" doing the Kashi Go Lean plan. It is a good one for me. I need regimented. It is easy and does fill me up.
and DH will use it also! That's a big plus.
