Okay, I need some help

I've seen the Disney Dining Experience cards mentioned several places, but I can't get enough seem to figure out exactly what this is. Is it the new dining plan? I don't think it is. I tried searching the official Disney website but got nothing. Can someone please tell me what this is and where to get it?

It is a discount card that up until this year was only available to Florida residents. This year they opened it up to AP holders for $50 for a one eyar memebership you get 20% off dinning at most Disney resturants. A lot of the counter places arent included .

The DDE isnt a plan it is a card that gets you a discount from your total bill at most sitdown and a few counter service resturants at WDW IF you want a dinning plan that is the Magic your was plus dining. It costs $35 per day per adult and $10a day per child. It has to be booked as part of a package with tickets.

Where can you get specific info on DDE? I have an AP and would like to know if the card would be right for our family. We mostly eat counter service so I would like to see if there are specifics given anywhere for the DDE card.
