DH and I are taking a mini trip in November and are taking another couple (very good friends) who haven't been to Disney in a very long time. I have a tentative itinerary, including ADRs, and would like your thoughts.

Wednesday - arrive at 7:30ish p.m.; check-in and take taxi to 'Ohana for 9:35 p.m. ADR
Thursday - Epcot; leave park mid-afternoon to freshen up for 5:45 p.m. ADR at Shula's; return to Epcot
Friday - no parks; CBR resort/DTD; evening ADR for dinner at Narcoossee's (second guessing this after making ADR at Shula's)
Saturday - MK (this is the only day we can do MK because there MVMCP is on both Thursday and Friday); no ADRs at this point
Sunday - Boma breakfast ADR; return home

Here's where I need help. Originally, Narcoossee's was a must for us because we love their Surf n'Turf. After reading how wonderful Shula's is, however, we have decided to try it and now I'm wondering if I should change Narcoossee's to something else.

Any suggestions? How does everything else look?

Your plan looks great! I love that you have a rest day in there. Maybe you could eat at Downtown Disney since you are planning on heading there. Wolfgang Puck Cafe and Portofino come to mind. Happy Planning:banana:

For a three day visit (which is what you really seem to have, instead of an off day, why not go to DHS or AK?

While I would love to have another day in the parks, we are trying to do the minimum required to qualify for free dining (3 nights, 2 base tickets). This is not a trip we had planned on taking this year, but I just really wanted to see the castle decorated for Christmas (this will be the first time) so I kinda threw it together. We originally were only going to do 2 nights, a 1 day base ticket and then buy a ticket to MVMCP, but then decided to go with the free dining which added an extra night at the resort and an extra day in the parks! :thumbsup2

Maybe we should think about eating at DTD since we are going to be there anyway. Any other recommendations other than Portobello or Wolfgang Puck?
