Okay, I hope it is okay to ask this question about the price per point for BCV (m)

Is $84 per point the going rate? How much does BCV sell on resale if it is available? This $84 included closing costs.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking (sorry), so I apologize if this does not answer your question.
BCV is sold out property, so the only way to get points is to wait list through Disney or buy resale. If you waitlist through Disney you are going to pay $84 a point. If you buy resale all things are negotiable.......you don't have to pay $84 a point......you could if you thought it was a good deal, but you don't have to. Now, having said that, if you are asking if $84 a point for a BCV resale is a good price, well that depends on banked points who is paying maitenece fees and several other variables. Would I pay $84 a point? NO. But that's me. Hope this helps
