Do you mind if I borrow that? I have two parties to go to on Saturday -- one costume and one not. Something like that would be perfect because I won't be able to go home and change between parties!

Don't have a picture of me in it yet, but these are the main elements. I'm going as a 50s housewife. The dress and apron are from Etsy. I have green kitchen gloves, some white heels and a wig (since my hair is super short right now):

Girlfriend, I wasn't sure what you used for the egg, but I thought felt would be a good idea. I think I'll just get some type of fabric tape for it so I can just pop it on before I get to the costume party. I'm so glad you posted this. I thought I was going to be a real party pooper.

I love that fat bikini guy! There was a man walking around in that costume yesterday for our town's trick or treat and we were laughing hysterically. It was great.

Let me tell you what, though. I loved Girlfriend's costume idea so much because I thought it would be soooo easy. Oh no, nothing is EVER easy is it? Two stores I went to were sold out of white and yellow felt. I couldn't find devil horns anywhere. After several hours, I did find a party store that had one set of horns left and ended up waiting in line for a half hour to pay for them. I'm exhausted now.

She just wore a white tee with a yellow circle in the center....and the devil horns and tail.

The really scary part...not much hairspray at all!!! The naturally curly hair came in very handy for once.

I don't have a picture and will not be wearing it for Halloween. But my Mardi Gras costume is going to be a green crayola tunic with pointed green hat. I'll wear a gold tshirt underneath and some great purple UGG boots.

Hopefully gold or purple tights too. For Mardi Gras novices the colors are gold, green and purple.

On Halloween I'll be traveling - probably just wear my black tshirt with pumpkin face. Maybe I'll go to the casinos in vicksburg.

Only one person got my deviled egg costume tonight! When I saw Dr. Girlfriend's pic, I got it right away.

I dunno, maybe the people had already been drinking a little too much by the time I arrived.
