...Just got the brochure the travel agent made up for the 4 night cruise we have the opportunity to go on. There will be a large group going...first of all it's 1375.00 for the first 2 people and 1005.00 for the 3rd and 4th.... this is the cruise, transfers and airfare out of Portland Maine...oh and a 1 night hotel stay (arriving the night before). The cruise is April 16th. What do you think of the price?

Second... the brochure the agent made up says there's a "full casino" ummmmmmmmmm I DON'T THINK SO! And it also says you don't have to choose between filet mignon and lobster... order them both! Is there lobster on the 4 night? I don't remember being offered it in 2002.

I got the brochure ahead of everyone else because I asked if they would send me one... and I want to make sure I don't steer them wrong when I tell them there's no lobster and no casino. So tell me.... is there lobster and a casino on the 4 night?

H mermaid02,

I'm not the best with prices, as we book when we want to go and scrape to put the money together.

Our first cruise was a four day, and yes there was lobster one night. We did not have that as a choice every night. Nor was fillet a choice every night. Even if it isn't on the menu, steak is always an option, but not fillet. There are a couple of good sites that have menus posted on them for you to look at to get a true idea of what is offered. Like Barb's **********************

There is no casino on board either Disney ship. However, you can gamble at some of the ports of call, like Nassau on the four day. Most likely that is what the brochure "meant".

I hope this helps! It is a great trip.

I don't know about your questions but I opened up to see your Weim and I had to write you. Your weim is so cute. I have one that is 1.5 years old. I also wish she could go on vacation with us.

I can tell you we got quotes from several places and Dreams Unlimited gave us the best quote. Have you compared prices with other travel agencies. We also are booking airfare ourselves and were told by several people this was cheaper then going through a TA or DCL.
