Okay, before that wonderful invention known as the FastPass..

80 minutes for Space Mountain, 60 for Splash, 45 for Big Thunder............I don't think we waited in anything else that was as much as those.

Easter Sunday 1982, back when there was only MK - everything was long lines!!! I remember Space Mountain was like 1:45 (we also went he wed evening before and rode it 5 times right in a row!!!). I don't remember how long it took, but the Haunted Mansion line was all the way up the sidewalk, around the fence to the left and ended about even where Pecos Bills is (I didn't wait in that one!).

The only things I remember for sure riding that entire day were Space Mtn, WDW Railroad, the Skyway (mainly to get thru the crowds - elbow to elbow!) and If you Had Wings. And we got there right after opening and stayed until closing at midnight! Never, never, never again will I go to WDW at Easter. (well, maybe if I won an all expense paid trip and had to do it then I would :teeth: ).

3.5 hours at Splash Mountain New Year's eve in the mid 90's.Didn't go to the parks very often back then and I really wanted to ride it! Now I go to the parks at least once a month and start to get annoyed if the line is more than 20 min.

When I was a kid- my parents both were off work in the summers so we usually went to WDW in July. I remember waiting an hour or so for all the mountains at the MK. I remember the line for BTMRR with those cattle type lines in the heat and crying the whole time b/c I didn't want to go on it and my parents forced me. I ended up really liking it though! :teeth:

The year Test Track opened was right before Fast Pass started, and we waited 90 min in line. We were not impressed with Test Track - after a wait that long, we wanted a REALLY good ride.

Just in December the Saturday before Christmas the crowds were so bad at MK that the line for Space Mountain was almost to the Astro Orbiter and the Fastpass line was almost as long!! But crowds were not bad that Friday ~ we breezed through MK. Good thing I was only at MK to get something from the Stitch store.

I can't remember how long the wait was but the line for Star Tours in DL started half way down main street Easter week of 1987. The craziest part was we didn't even know what the ride was. We just saw the line and got in it. The joys of being 18 and stupid. :Pinkbounc

Spring Break 1977 - We waited 2 3/4 hours in the hot sun to get on space mountain. I'll never forget when we got to the entrance there was another sign posted there that said 60 min, wait from here. We thought once we got to the entrance we were in, oh well live and learn. :earboy2:

I waited about 2 hours for Indy at DL. It was the day after Christmas though. My longest line recently at WDW was for Soarin'. We were there in Aug. and waited about 45 min. I really don't remember waiting for a long time before FP. Then again, I was a kid and my parents would give me a book to read while we waited. Or I slept. Those things do make the time fly!
