ok who would i write to at Canon?

i am going to compose a letter to mail them about my camera problems but can not seem to find any list of names to send it to...thinking maybe someone heading sales or support? i don't want to send it to just an address & to whom ever it concerns so anyone know where i could find a list containing real names of people that work there? all i can find is the Pres. and doubt he would be all that interested. i can find their corporate office address but not any names. or any suggestions on who to send it to? Thanks

I'd try to contact Chuck Westfall. He's " Director of Media & Customer Relationship for the company's Consumer Imaging Group." He's active on Rob Galbraith's forums, but I don't recall ever seeing a direct e-mail address.

ok so i am really dense i saw that page and just thought it was in Japan..maybe i better have the cat write the letter
