Hey guys. I've noticed that this thread is petering out. I hope that all you 6 week challenge vets are sticking with your program. I am and I feel great. If I am not mistaken today ends the 4th week of the 6 week challenge. I set a 10 lb goal and today I reached it!!! I would now like to set an additional 5 lbs for the last 2 weeks. I am now less than 20 lbs from my ultimate goal. The diet is going well and while I do not have an exercise plan I have been much more active. I think that I need to add some weights into my daily routine to begin toning. I would love to hear how all of you are doing. Keep up the good work.

I'm hoping to do some sit ups tonight. I'm really trying to tone my tummy muscles now that this challenge has gotten me well on my way to making exercise a daily habit!
