We spontaneously just booked a trip to WDW & Cruise over Christmas....SO EXCITED!!!

20th Dec - 23rd Dec @ Port Orleans Riverside

23rd Dec - 28th Dec Disney Dream Bahamas Cruise

Are we mad?! I know it'll be mega busy at WDW but hey why not. I also bought the MVMCP tickets for the last night on the 21st in case they sell out but haven't bought park tickets yet - can't decide on getting 2 or 3 day passes, any suggestions?

Right, better make a ticker now!

OH MY GOSH!!!!

Thats so exciting :cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:

Cant say im not well jealous though :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Happy planning pixiedust:

Thanks guys! :thumbsup2

Honestly can't believe we just booked it, we can't wait!

Never had Christmas away from home so it'll be interesting to spend the day in the middle of the Bahamas!

where else would you want to be at Christmas? Think of all the washing up you are missing out on?

I am so jealous! I really want to do a Disney cruise!

I haven't spent Christmas at home for the past 3 years! 2009 we were at DBFs parents house, 2010 we were in Epcot (yay!) and 2011 we were back at DBFs parents! And in fact 2006 I was in WDW too! It wasn't overly traditional, but we had a blast!

Have a great time planning!

WDW around Christmas is great. We will be there this year too :)

As you have said the crowds will be busy so if you want to see a lot of the parks you will probably be better getting a 3 day ticket. What time will you be leaving on the last day before your cruise?

When you go to MVMVP you can normally get into MK after 4pm - so if you are planning on doing some shopping you might not want to get a park pass for this day.

Have a great time:santa:

Hey!

Well we have booked the Disney transfers to the cruise ship for our last day, I'm not sure what time they'll pick us up at?

At the moment we're thinking of standard 2 day passes. First day for Epcot (then MVMCP in evening) and DHS on our second day. What do you think?

We will be there for Christmas also :santa: we go every year and wouldn't want to be anywhere else :cool1:

We have done two DCL just before Christmas but never over Christmas, they are amazing and you will have a fantastic time  I am soooooooo jealous :cloud9:

As Mrs Doubtfire says providing MK isn't at full capacity you can enter the park from 4pm:cheer2::cheer2:

WOW that's mega...every year!!! :thumbsup2

Looking for some advice everyone. We originally booked the DCL Transfers from Port to Airport but I have now cancelled them as our flight isn't until 6:30pm and don't fancy waiting in the airport that long!

We are going to hire a car from Port Canaveral and go shopping in Orlando before dropping off at Airport. Is this a good plan? :confused3 Any recommendations on what hire car company to use?? :confused3
