We've decided to buy direct at SSR. I called Carol--she's the one who sent me the info and the postcard--first thing this morning and I still haven't heard back from her. It's now 2:30pm Arizona time!! I'm so excited. I left a voice mail and her message said that she would be in the office today. Ugh!!! Should I just call and ask for someone else??????

Our guide is always good about getting back to us. I would try again, and leave her a message that you want to move forward. That should get her to call you as soon as she is available.

I wouldn't worry. This morning I called and it was 4:30 before my guide called me. Of course,I was out,so we're playing phone tag. She said that she works 'til 9 so I'm thinking that she'll call back this evening.
