How much per day for a dog/house sitter?? In the past it has only been 1 dog very low maintence...now it is 2 and the puppy needs to be made sure she gets out in the am and pm to do her business. During the day they are usually outside anyway....the problems tend to be inthe am or pm....

So, what would you offer for 2 dogs to stay at your house...most probablly a college student...?

dogs are more money, there harder to keep care of

dogs are MUCH more high maintenance...they need to be let out more often (no litter box), they like to be played with, etc..

We pay $30 a day to board our dog when we go on vacation...that includes one "1 on 1" playtime a day.

I would say $15 - 20 a day...closer to $20 a day because of the pup I think.

My son gets $15 a day for letting two dogs out 3 times a day and feeding them. The dogs are older so they do not have to go out any more then that. They also live right across the street from us so it is very convenient. For a dog and a puppy it would depend on how many times you expect them to let the puppy outside. If it is twice a day then I would say $15 for a neighbor kid but higher for a professional petsitter. We had one of those once and she charged $20 a day for one dog to be let out twice a day.

$20 was what I was thinking...so, I think I'll offer that and see what happens..
