What rates are you getting? How about pkgs. w/dining? We got 4 nts AKL std. 3 adults w/ph tkts and dining for around 1800.00 in Dec. W/O pin , only a code i found on linked website

I got 5 nights standard at POFQ, 2A 1C, dining plan, and park hoppers w/o waterpark for around $1700. I saved roughly $250 from AAA quote ($330 from Disney quote). Not a huge savings, but good enough for me! If you stay at a deluxe, the savings is greater (from Disney quote with rack rates) because their rooms are so much more expensive.

I got POR family of five, basic tickets 6 nights for 1773.10. Saved us $400!

The particular code that we are speaking of here is a code that came out in January. It was for particular dates throughout the year. You can do a search on the "40% discount" and find the associated threads.

No one knows for sure, but most people think that this code was meant to be a PIN code, which means that you would have to have a PIN number associated with your name in the Disney system to get the discount and you probably received either a postcard or email telling you about the discount. However, their was some type of "glitch" (or lack of training!) that allowed the CM's to give this code to people who did not have a PIN associated with their name (I was one of them). There has been much speculation regarding what will happen to the reservations of the people who received this code without a PIN, but so far, no one that we know of has been contacted about their reservation and told that they would have to pay rack rate. However, Disney has really cracked down on people using this code who do not have a PIN. But, you could always call Disney and ask if you have any codes assoicated with your name. It doesn't hurt to try!

I called two times last night with the code and got rates. I called this morning and someone told me it was household specific. So I called back like an hour and a half later and the CM gave me the rate and I booked it.

I got BWV I bedroom from 19th - 26th December for $253 a night. Checked on Disney website and was coming up at $450 so was very pleased. Did not have a pin and got the code from these boards. Was not questioned about it, the code was just applied.
