Ok THIS IS FREAKY"!!! Can anyone Explain it!!??

Ok I thought this was another weird internet trick - but after some friends and I doing it SEVERAL times - we are freaked! Anyone know how it is done?

There are only a few numbers that can be possible answers. Each of those always has the same symbol which becomes the "chosen" symbol. It doesn't work if you just think of a random number because between 0-99 only certain numbers will ever be the answer

All the 2 digt numbers when added together and subtracted from the original number give you a power of 9. Just look at 9,18,27,...81 and see the same symbol. If it got it wrong you probably messed up the math

The only possible answers you can get are multiples of 9:

18
27
36
45
54
63
72
81

In each game, all of these numbers have the same symbol.

HOWEVER, the symbols change each time you play the game, so that way you come up with a different symbol each time even though the above numbers are the only possible answers.
