Yup, sounds like a real good way to get banned, or at least warned.
 
ppl i have been doing a little "dictionary dancing" with numbers and things like can sir (i held a relay for life in one of my rooms). might i be banned?

Yes you could get banned. Rule enforcement is sporadic, though. Still, it's safer to minimize the risk of getting in trouble, by only dictionary dancing as little as possible, or at least, for dancing things that are as innocuous as possible.

For example:
- "there are too hidden mickeys in this room" is unlikely to get you into trouble (but they could warn or ban, if they felt like it; if you are really worried, you could always say "there is more than just a hidden mickey in the room")

but,
- "i am tent tea ears ancient" is going to get you banned
