I used to put the patch on either my upper arm or my butt!! Worked for me. I was very lax with it to, not putting it on at the same timee each week but i had no problems. It's the only thing that worked for me...pill wise. I never considered Depo or any of those other options. DH and I are starting to try for a family so I have finally stopped worrying!
