ok some Ipad2 questions

Starting to get a little frustrated with this so please help.Do you need a app killer for this device like the droid? IF so what do you use? Also what about viral protection on this do you need it and what do you use? Do you recommend the protective shield for the screen? Thanks everyone.

To close apps

• Press the home button once to leave the active app
• Press the home button twice to show you a list of active apps
• Press and hold the "active app" you want to close
• When a "-" appears on the app icon, press the "-". This will close the app

I would get a screen protector. I also have a "Whole Ipad2" case and not just the active screen cover.

I don't have my ipad2 for a long time, I got it with the active sreen cover.
This protects it enough when I'm at home. Before I put it in my bag I put it in a plastic Zip bag. (as recommended somewhere else on the board) this protects both sides from scratches, and from getting wet.

No need for an App killer or virus protection.

I got the Smart Cover from Apple and found The Joy Factory cover for the back and haven't needed a screen protector at all (and I've had mine since they day they went on sale). We put a screen protector on my mom's Version 1 and I hate it. The screen just doesn't react as well as it does without it.

We also purchased bags for them (the whole Ipad fits inside with the covers attached) to use in putting them in my purse and DH's brief case. They go everywhere with us and we've not had any issues with scratching.
