ok... need some clarification about MK hours

I dont know if I should be worried. I made a dinner reservation for 2 to Cinderella's royal table and the only day I could get it was for Sunday, August 21st at 9:45pm. However, on disneyworld.com it said MK Closes at 9pm this day. But the reservation agent said it is open till 11pm, and she would not have been able to book the reservation if it was closed. Anyone know who's right?

Also, quick question. Anyone here been to Cindy's Royal table? Is it a good place for 2 adults?
