OK Member Satisfaction person said I can view details of reservation on member page

Last week I got an e-mail showing a reservation that I had made, but only my DCuz was listed as a guest. I then called MS and told the CM about the e-mail reservation, and he said that he could clearly see the correct information and he would send me another e-mail. That one also didn't show me as a guest. So I send Member Satisfaction team a letter asking why two times I received something that wasn't correct when a MS person told me "it's all there."

Today I got a call and the person again told me that he could see my name as a guest and that if I went to the DVC member page I could view the reservation. Now, when I look at "Upcoming Vacations" I see the number, the resort, dates, but I don't see anything to click on that would tell me who was in the villa.

Where should I be looking? The person from Member Satisfaction was convinced that I would see the people's names if I looked in the correct place.

I'm stumped.

You can go to the regular disneyworld website and choose reservation and enter your info. Then you can pull it up and review your guest list. It's under the same section with you can review your dining reservation. Since I did this, everytime I log in it shows BLT and tells how many days until my trip, then it list all of my dining reservations under it.

My disney vacation -- my reservations. Normally I have to actually enter my confirmation under add reservation and update the first time and now they are there all of the time.

Your post made me think of a question I have. Can you add or remove names on a reservation once you make it without any sort of penalty? I notice you have to have all of the names and addresses of everyone who will be staying, but what if you aren't sure when you book? TIA! Bobbiwoz--hope you got your ressie figured out!

Yes, you can add and subtract people with no penalty. If you don't know who will be staying, just give someone's info and correct it when you finally figure out who will be going.

Thank you! I will spend some time entering all of my reservations on that page. It even tells you the date you can book ADR's.

I suppose I was mistaken in what he was telling me.

It is more likely that the CM was thinking of the Disney Reservation site but saying Member site.

I'm still having the same issue. The email confirmation they send me has some of our names listed twice. When I call MS they say everything is correct. I'll try it on the wdw site and see what it says. Thanks for the link.

I just checked mine on the wdw site and the link for "itinerary details" doesn't work. On the main page instead of it saying Jambo 1 night, Jambo 3 nights, OKW 2 nights. It lists all three resorts as 3 nights/ 4 days. For Jambo is says 4 kids for OKW it says 3 kids. UGH.

The link from disneynutz does work for this reservation, and it lists me as the primary and her as the guest.

For our linked (for whatever reason) reservations, it is hard for me to understand who is where. However, I have been assured that those reservations are correct, and since the reservations that I now have checked are right, I'm going to relax and check using disneynutz's link in the future.
