WDWbride2007, you listed a # 2 and a # 3 priority. I can't think of any offhand, but if I do, I will post them here. The easy one for me was the # 1 priority (the Wedding Pavilion). The others will be hard.
Okay, my # 2 priority was having my parents at my vow renewal. That was more important to me than anything. And now that I'm thinking about it, it should actually bump my # 1 priority (the Wedding Pavilion) down into the # 2 slot.
Doggone it. I just re-read the original post. You want material things. Okay, that leaves the Wedding Pavilion as my # 1 priority (sorry, Mom & Dad). Now I'm gonna have to re-think my # 2 priority. Dang, this is hard.
#1 Family trip to Disneyland. Instead of spending money on a huge wedding and reception I want to use that money to take mine and my DF family to Disneyland for a weekend. (That is being materialistic because we could use the extra cash by not spending it on a HUGE family vacation).
#2 If I were doing the Disney WEdding (or even just the trip) a Dessert Party is my must.
I just forgot one- my wedding date. I'll be sad if it isn't the day I want it. December 19th. I had to figure out and coordinate when everyone will be out of school, and then try and coordinate with them what the best day would be.
#1 for me was the dress of my dreams (didnt have one in mind when I went shopping, but I wanted to get the dress I fell in love with without looking at the price tag)
#2 was videography (many of my friends didnt do this, and Im soooo glad I did)
#3 was the Illuminations pre-receptionwe had an absolute blast at this!
I would have to say #1 was the Wedding Pavilion, then #2 Cinderella's coach and #3 Mickey and Minnie. These three things are what made our day so different from other weddings we have attended and made the day a truely magical Disney day!
