Suzi, both trips sound wonderful and I'm glad the Disney trip is still on the radar. I so wish I could have done the MofA trip with you; darn wedding getting in the way of my having a DIS meet. :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Oh the wedding and all that goes with it is going to be so much fun for you! You will have to do a seperate "trip report" just on the wedding festivities :rotfl2:

Super jealous that you get to go back to FL, bummer that Disney isn't included... I don't think I could visit FL and not do Disney. :rolleyes1

Super excited about the MOA trip though... Only 163 days??? WOW...

Yeah...it is tough to go down there and know I am so close but not there. But we will be going up to Busch Gardens this year. I have been many times, but this will be a first for both Bill and Bradey. Fun fun fun.

Port Orleans is really pretty and much less $$$ but you only have the buses...

And the boat to down town Disney

Hi, I'll join in! It is nice to see another late 2013 PTR, and a trip that isn't completely planned out yet! We stayed AKL last year and didn't end up with a Savanna view because we had to switch rooms to fit the number of people coming on our trip and there were none left. But I really enjoyed myself even without the balcony. We spent some time down by the little fire pit watching the animals. Looking forward to reading more about your plans!

I'm hoping for a bag by bag breakdown of your shopping at the MoA. :thumbsup2

And I agree - Port Orleans is a lovely resort.

YES~ what she said!!! ::yes:: I will expect one or all of you to do a mini TR for that trip with lots of stories, lots of food porn and lots of pictures of fun purchases! :hyper:

And yes, Port Orleans is the best place this side of heaven in my humble opinion. It is just so serene and peaceful. I love the huge shade trees that are everywhere, the quiet pools shrouded by those trees all lit up at night like a little oasis, I love the music of the boat ride down the lovely Sassagoula River, I love Old Man Island and the awesome water slide that made me feel like a kid again...I just LOVE that place! :goodvibes Feeling a little "homesick", can you tell?

Another vote for port Orleans! We always go there and we love it! The boat is great if you like to go to down town Disney!

:welcome: Glad to have you along! That's what I figured with AKL...it is still such a beautiful resort, I really don't see us spending enough time in the room to pay the extra price for a savanna view. It is definitely on my top 5 places to stay, but I think I will be at POR in October. Cheaper, 3 beds (if I do preferred in Alligator Bayou), and I already know I love it!

Bag by bag??? Okay, I will have to bring a notebook to take notes :scratchin

Most definitely...how else am I supposed to keep this PTR going until October?? ::yes::

Okay, you just talked me right into it. I was already leaning towards POR, and now I have decided. Well 99% decided.....most likely...I really want the make your own pasta again :cloud9:

Yep, POR it is. Unless I win the lottery or something drastically changes in my work situation....then we will be at the Poly :beach: I loved FQ in July, but I will need 3 beds this time and only Alligator Bayou has the murphy bed. I wish they would put that in the POFQ rooms because I like the small feel of it better.

Suzi, I just wanted to wish you, your DH and adorable Bradey a very Merry Christmas.
