I did not do my usual today, but I did start a new weekend tradition....walking 1.3 miles::yes::

Not a lot, but enough to earn my Skinny Cow...and what my ankle lets me do.....although I may try again later!!!!

Yeah, onward and downward!!!!

Good for you! Every movement helps. I haven't done an official exercise just yet but will for certain. So far I have been running up and down stairs going with laundry, and moving with the house cleaning. Not enough to earn my exercise heart rate effort, but I will.
 
I just got home from the Y. I planned on putting 2 ours in but they wer having Kids Day wit a bunch of activities so we did that for a while. I ended up doing 25 minutes on the treadmill and 4000 strides on the Eppi...thingy.
 
:wave: One hour at the gym for me. 45 minutes on the elliptical and then DH and I jogged and walked the gym for the rest of the time.

I also cleaned out the garage getting ready for our move this summer and then I tackled the last bit in the attic. Now I am pooped!
 

I did the 2-mile WATP today. I don't have the weighted balls that they use so I usually use cans of green beans as my weights, but today I upped the weight and used my 3 lb. weights. :teeth: Yay me!! Later I plan on doing some leg lifts.
 
I did
Got out for an hr long walk and took DS to the egg/apple hunt. So far Im at 12,700 steps for the day.
 
I'm staying at my parents' house this week, so I went to Lifetime. I really wish they had one up by me...

I did fifteen minutes on the treadmill at 4.2 (quick walk), ten minutes on the StairMaster, fifty crunches and then I swam laps alternating between freestyle, breaststroke, arms-only, legs-only. Felt great! Then I let myself relax in the hot tub, I was there for about an hour and a half, including shower, etc.

Congrats to all who are staying on plan so well! It's beautiful outside, and I do owe my dog a walk...

Hi!

I did 3 miles on my 3-speed beach bike. Then I went to the Greenway with a friend, and did 4.5 miles on my recumbent bike. I am pooped now!

Rewarded self with Tom Hank's new movie Ladykillers. Loved all the dry humor, but there was a lot of swearing by the other characters!

Congrats to all exercisers! :)

Just finished! I did my first 10k on TM! I DID IT! :teeth:
4 miles at 4 mph 2 miles at 3.7 mph .2 miles at 3.5 mph all took about 92 minutes.

Whoo Hooooo! I amazed me!

Doc told DH to get recumbent bike for our rides. How do you like yours Regina?
 
I did twice today. My muscles are starting to get sore as I lifted weights today. My upper body is just weak and tells me so hours after I lifted each and every time!
 
Since I took yesterday off and, went out for dinner with my cousin AND, was going out for dinner again tonight, I did my 50 min, 3 mile WATP using 2 lb wrist weights for about a mile of it.

And, over on the CB, you'll read how my left arm is pretty sore after keeping it upright forEVER with a hairbursh mishap! :crazy:
 
I know I'm late checking but I did FIRM BSS1 cardio sculpt in the afternoon.

It sounds like everyone is doing great with their exercise routines. Keep up the great work! You are all so encouraging. ::yes::
 
I did the FIRM Fat Blasting Cardio and Lower Body Sculpt II.
 
Curves for me, plus a bunch of walking from one end of the mall to the other. :p
