Ok - Im da bomb

I haven’t logged in for a while - mainly because it’s too painful to watch other people plan their trips the Fort while I know we can’t go. We live in Connecticut - weekend trips just can’t happen.

I logged on for the first time yesterday in a few months and I found two private messages from men who used my Amazing Race template around Epcot to ask their girlfriends to marry them - How awesome is that? One was in NY - Im not sure how much credibility I give to his e-mail since he had to post 10 times to PM me (waiting on pictures) - another at Epcot. The one at Epcot was of course modified it a lot - There was roses and lovely adult touches - but he said he never would have thought of it if he hadn’t stumbled across my thread - How wonderful is that? I’m so touched - I hope the marriages work out!

Also - as it turns out - My Duck Tape pirate ship - is the number one google hit if you type in "Duck tape pirate ship" - coolness.

I can't wait to go back to the Fort next Halloween and still hoping to get there this Christmas.

Yeah - I feel Cool . . . Im tooting my own horn - on Monday - its all going to come crashing down around me Im sure so - for tonight - I will enjoy! I hope to see many of you next Halloween! I have to give a lot of thought to my site decorations so Im not disqualified again! I want that ribbon!

HOLY CRAP!!!! That is AMAZING!!!! You just blow me away with your creations! I really hope we can be there to hang with you guys again, my son Matt still talks about that duct tape pirate ship!!! You need to post some pics of it again, so the new people can see it. It really was the best thing there!!!

I really liked the balloon hats too! Wish you could have been there with us that day

Elaine - When I was there in October for vacation, I had two people ask me what "surprise" you were bringing to the Fort for Halloween this year. You should have seen the looks on their faces when I said you weren't coming down for Halloween this year. Sad. Very sad.
