can someone help out??

Go on to the technical board. There is a thread with the title 'get your countdowns here'. It will go through and show you how to set up a counter.

I could not find it either when I first started!

Here, here, Kelly, no dummy talk. Some of this stuff is enough to drive anyone nuts, LOL, it can be confusing. As said, go the Tech board, look for the thread near the top from WebmasterCricket on countdowns. It has a link there to set up the countdown. Follow the steps and if you get stuck, post a separate thread on the Tech board that you are having a hard time (and MANY do, so don't hesitate, LOL) and someone will help you, guaranteed. You'll do it, you'll see.
