Perhaps they weren't on vacation? The Disney Resorts host a large number of conferences and conventions. It seems the Dolphin, Swan, Yacht, Beach and Boardwalk halls and rooms are buzzing with technology each January for Lotusphere. It ain't vacation, really.

I have been to many many conferences as both an attendee and a presenter and I have never had to have that much equipment. I suppose it is possible but that room was trashed well beyond just the equipment and plugging one surge protector into another is not safe no matter what the justification.

They should be glad it was years ago. I speak my mind a whole lot more now that I am old and grumpy.

And if you don't have a car, you call a cab to take you to Publix or Winn Dixie and buy what you need to clean up your mess. Your mess, your problem, your responsibility.

First, be careful telling people to take care of their own stains because they could make things worse. If you feel competent go for it, if your idea of getting kool-aide out of carpet is bleach... not so much.

I should mention that I have used the cabs that disney allows on property many many times and I have never had issues. When I go without a car I have often used them for dinner at other resorts.

Also, the general store at the FW campgrounds has a large selection and they might have cleansers there and you can get there by bus.

I would call housekeeping first because they could be the fastest choice but I definitely would not let the stain linger if they did not come pretty quick. The interwebs are your friend. Get online and look for something to deal with the stain. Shampoo is a common choice for blood, btw.
