Ok, after many post, much speculation, many questions.......video footage, etc.
I"M GOING TO RIDE RNR AND EE AND MS! While I'm at it, taking my life into my own hands, I'll get on TOT for the 2nd time and scare that days table service out of me.
Said I'd never do these, but hey.... I figure the worst thing that can happen is that I die at Disney World.
I told DH, if it does happen.........have me cremated and spread my ashes in the 7 seas lagoon. Le'ts face it, a Disney nut like me can't think of a better way to get to the "Happiest Place in Eternity" after spending time at the "Happiest Place on Earth". :rotfl2:

Wow! You're really brave! I'm planning to do EE because I think I can handle it. I might do RNR. I will only do the tame version of MS because spinning definitely makes me nauseous and I can't imagine feeling like I want to puke at WDW! I've been to DCA lots of times and have managed to stay off TOT so far. The older I get, the less I want do subject myself to wild rides (and I'm "only" 41!)!! :rotfl:

That is the most polite way of saying you're gonna puke I've ever seen!!! :lmao: Where's the tag fairy when you need him/her!!!

I applaud your good intentions, and have no advice whatsoever about which order you should attempt this tri-fecta in! I've done everything on your list (except M:S) and I'm still alive! YMMV... :rotfl2:

Good for you, now, Please tell me you'll spread them out over 4 or 5 days!! :sunny:

I felt the same way as you! These boards convinced me to ride ToT, RnR, EE, and M:S. (Well, maybe not M:S--in fact all the stories about family members/etc getting sick almost scared me away, but I never would have ridden it had I not rode those other rides...and btw I am so glad I rode M:S because I loved it!). EE is fantastic, RnR is a lot of fun, and ToT...well...I think I'll skip it next time but I'm so glad these boards convinced me to go for it! :disrocks:

I congradulate you on your nerve, go for it. I can honestly say after 38 some visits to WDW I have never rode: SM< RNR< TOT or EE. Really no care to, not a thrill ride seeker but would but not liking to feel queasy the rest of my trip. Wife does them all, I take pictures and gawk. The resolve of humans is uncanny and letting intibitions go while at Disney is an amazing thing.

FWIW I think RnR is much more intense than EE. But as far as coasters go they're both incredibly smooth, not to mention well themed and just VERY fun rides!! :goodvibes

I've ridden every intense ride in Disney but you wouldn't be able to drag me back onto the orange version of M:S. Not because it's scary, just because it made me feel SO ill afterwards (the same can be said for Kraken at Sea World, ugh I felt like I'd been put through a blender after that!)

EE is new since my last trip last year -- what's the seat restraint system there?

My big deal is drops. I simply can't do drops, not if there's only a lap bar (or worse, a little handle!) RnR was fine -- I felt securely fastened, and I don't have issues about speed or flying upside down or sideways -- just straight forward and down.

I forced myself to do Space Mountain for the first time last time. Probably wouldn't ride it again because of the roughness factor, but I'm going with my 10 year old niece who will want company, so I suppose I'll force myself. But it won't be as scary because I don't have that falling forward sensation.

Tower of Terror -- I'm really apprehensive in line, but enjoy it while on it. Finally convinced myself I couldn't fall out!

Mission Space - no problems with old version. May try new version with scairdy cat companions, and old version with brave child mentioned above.

That said, I still haven't done Splash Mountain or Big Thunder Mountain -- I just can't bear the drop without feeling secured in my seat. And I know it's silly, watching 5 year olds riding it with pleasure, but I stood there last fall trying to talk myself into it and my knees were just jelly and finally I gave myself permission to skip 'em.

So any info on Exp Everest will be appreciated!
